Overview
How do you communicate with a global staff, across different countries, cultures and disciplines? The & Partnership were keen to engage all of their offices across the world, setting the same high standards and brand message as they do for their big-name clients.
We were invited to their head office to stream a series of ‘Global Townhall’ sessions through Zoom, to deliver company updates and training from senior staff.
Challenges
The main challenge for these events was making the best use of the space available. The agency were keen to stream from their head office, and chose a number of different rooms across the series. Squeezing the kit into awkward shaped offices and board rooms was tricky, but we were able to maximise what we had to ensure the end visuals didn’t look awkward at all.
Outcomes
Three successful streams so far (and counting!) with great feedback, engaged employees and happy directors.
