Overview
After being recommended by our clients Transport Focus, we took on the challenge of delivering CPTs UK Bus and Coach Conference virtually.
With over 100 speakers participating plus key note welcome speech from the Minister for Transport, this was one of the largest remote events we have tackled.
Challenges
Each event had a jam packed schedule of 6 sessions per day, with just 15 minute turnaround time between each broadcast. Add to this over 100 presenters each with slides, videos and dipping in and out of Q&A, this was a very complex event.
Our expert producers were able to manage all the content in advance, creating detailed running orders, briefing sessions and rehearsals – as well as dealing with last minute changes to content. They were on-hand throughout the live sessions to guide and support speakers with cues and tech issues.
Outcomes
Each event was live streamed to a custom microsite we built specially for the event, where viewers were able to dip in and out of sessions, post live questions and watch back on-demand.
