Overview
How do you bring a global sales team together for an incredible event experience, virtually? We teamed up with creative agency EC to deliver the live production for Barracuda’s events, facilitating all their speakers through our remote studio to stream a seamless multi-day event to their audience world-wide.
Challenges
A global audience required streams for different time zones, which meant more than a few middle of the night productions. Streaming to restricted territories such as China also required specialist tools to enable viewing.
Outcomes
The events were a huge success and allowed Barracuda to continue business as usual throughout the pandemic when it was impossible to meet in person. These events, repeated throughout the year, were a true testament to what a virtual event can be.
