Overview
Following virtual broadcasts throughout the pandemic for Government initiative ‘Prospering from the Energy Revolution (PFER)’, we were asked to stream the first large conference held at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. This spectacular venue offered a stunning backdrop to the event, with key note speakers including the Mayor of Manchester Andy Burnham alongside industry leaders from across the globe discussing energy.
Live sessions were streamed across multiple rooms.
Challenges
The biggest challenge at this historic venue was a strong enough internet to stream reliably. With poor mobile coverage and no hard wired connection we needed to combine and boost connections to ensure we had what was needed.
Outcomes
Our internet solution ensured all the streams went out smoothly and consistently across both rooms. The lighting, venue and guest speakers came together for a thought-provoking, visually strong stream which attracted 1000’s of views online.
